Our Shipping Policy
We have collaborated with multiple shipping/courier partners for shipping across India to provide our customers an efficient shipping experience that provides reduced cost and maximum reach.
Our shipping partners help us deliver to 17000 serviceable pin codes across India.
Depending on the location, it takes 5-10 days for our products to be delivered. We accept orders only from India.
We reserve the right to cancel an order within 48 hours from the time of order. Under any such unforeseen or exceptional case, our customers will be informed about the cancellation either over the phone or through an email; and a full refund will be issued back to him/her.
Our Refund Policy
We have a 7-days exchange/return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or a return. For returns you can reach us at : care@maricham.in.
Exchanges and Returns
To be eligible for an exchange/return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags in its original packaging. Once used, products will be ineligible for exchange or return.
To start a return, you can contact us at care@maricham.in. If your return is accepted, we will arrange for the pickup. The invoice must be provided at the time of return pickup.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges/Returns are only allowed in the following unlikely cases:
- The product is damaged or if you received the wrong item.
- The product is not sealed properly at the time of delivery.
- The product has expired by the time of delivery.
Once used, products will be ineligible for exchange or return.
If your return is accepted, we will pick up the item ordered from the same address, and you will be notified of the expected pick-up date.
In case of an exchange, the product will be delivered to as per our standard shipping policy after the return pick-up is done.
In case of any delivery related discrepancy, please reach out to us within 48 hours after the order is delivered.

Cancellation:
An order cancellation request will be accepted only if we have not yet shipped the product.
If a cancellation request is accepted, you are entitled to get a refund of the entire amount.
Maricham reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed for various reasons, including but not limited to the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it generally takes around 10-15 working days for the refund process execution.
